Hi, I’m Gen. 

I’m the Administration Coordinator at Hidden Connections. I oversee the day-to-day administration and accounts, whilst most importantly supporting Amy with whatever she needs help with to keep everything running smoothly. I have over a decade of experience in administration and customer service, thriving off bringing calmness and structure to busy environments.

I’m a mum to two young girls and work remotely to support a healthy work-life balance for myself and my family. Alongside working at Hidden Connections, I also work in Early Childhood Education, fostering opportunities for children and families to feel safe, heard and supported, whilst being patient, emotionally responsive and creative.

Through my own journey of hidden disabilities, I’ve developed a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and understanding, particularly around flexibility, clear communication and emotional support. This experience shapes how I work with both adults and children, ensuring I approach all interactions with care, kindness and a non-judgemental approach.

I take pride in being a steady and supportive presence and I am excited to be a part of the team at Hidden Connections.
