I’m Amy, an Occupational Therapist with a passion for working alongside people living with persistent pain, fatigue, autonomic dysfunction, connective tissue disorders and invisible illnesses. My interest in this area comes not just from my professional training, but from my own personal journey with pain, fatigue and dysautonomia. Growing up, dance was my world and learning how to navigate life with invisible conditions shaped both who I am today and how I practice as an Occupational Therapist.

Since graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours), I’ve worked in a variety of areas including public inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as private practice. In the public setting, I’ve worked in acute mental health, extended mental health care units, eating disorders and pain management clinics, whilst in private practice I have worked with a diverse range of conditions within the pain and invisible illness space. These experiences have provided me a deep appreciation for how complex and unique each person’s story is, and how our bodies, minds, and environments are all connected, emphasising the importance of these hidden connections.

I am an Occupational Therapist that values authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative and connected in what matters most to you. For me, it’s not just about managing symptoms, but about supporting you to find ways to live a meaningful and fulfilling life, even when challenges such as pain, fatigue, autonomic dysfunction or sensory overload are part of the picture.

Working with people on their health journey is something I will never take for granted. I see it as a privilege to hold space for the ups and downs, and to celebrate the small wins that can make a big difference in your journey. Your story is unique, and I am here to listen, support, and work alongside you.
