Booking an Initial Appointment.
All clients require an initial consultation (90 minutes duration) before booking any review appointments.
YOU COMPLETE THE REFERRAL FORM
All new clients to Hidden Connections are required to complete the referral form below, even if you have seen us elsewhere in the past. This will allow us to triage your referral.
WE WILL REVIEW THE REFERRAL FORM
We will review the information you have provided in the referral form and complete our triaging process, including determining whether we are best suited to support your needs.
WE WILL INFORM YOU OF NEXT STEPS
We will get in touch with you via email to advise whether we are able to accept the referral or not.
If accepted, we will offer you an initial appointment and book a couple of review appointments to make sure they are in the diary (we can cancel/push out the reviews, but it is best to have them booked).
