Fees.
Private Clients
We accept clients that are self-funded, with the following fee structure:
Initial Consultation - 90mins - $330.00
Review Consultation (Long) - 60mins - $230.00
Review Consultation (Standard) - 45mins - $180.00
NDIS
We accept NDIS clients who are either self-managed or plan managed participants. At this stage, Hidden Connections is unable to accept referrals for clients who are NDIA-managed, as we are not an NDIA registered provider.
NDIS consultations are charged in accordance with the current 2025-26 NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL).
Please note, charges apply for face-to-face time, non face-to-face time (e.g. report writing, clinical administration, resource development, etc.), and travel. Amy will discuss the additional charges that will be incurred with NDIS appointments, particularly in relation to the non face-to-face clinical admin time.
The Occupational Therapy hourly rate is charged at $193.99 per hour.

Private Health Insurance
Please talk with your private health insurer regarding applicable rebates for Occupational Therapy services.
We are able to process most private health insurance rebates on the day of your consultation, depending on your private health insurer.
Medicare - GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMP)
(previously known as Chronic Disease Management Plans or Enhanced Primary Care Plans)
For client’s with a chronic condition (persisting for at least six months), you may be eligible for a GPCCMP, which will allow you to access a Medicare rebate for five allied health sessions, per calendar year. You will require a referral from your GP for a GPCCMP.
The current Medicare rebate is approximately $61.80 per session, with an out-of-pocket expense remaining, as fees are in line with private consultation fees.
If you have reached your Medicare Safety Net Threshold for the calendar year, your rebate will be higher, reducing the out-of-pocket expense.
Mentoring Services
Mentoring services are charged at a rate of $220.00 (inclusive of GST) per hour.
