Cancellation Policy.
At Hidden Connections, we value your time and the time of others who are seeking appointments. We kindly ask for a minimum of 2 (two) business days’ notice (or 48 business hours) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 2 (two) business days’ notice, or non-attendance without notice, may incur the full consultation fee. This helps to ensure that appointments can be offered to others and supports the ongoing sustainability of Hidden Connections.
We understand that illnesses or emergencies can happen unexpectedly. If you are unwell and unable to attend your appointment, a medical certificate may be provided for consideration of the cancellation fee being waived.
